Raasepori — atmosphere from the year 1880
Raasepori was built in 1880 in the middle of the traditional Finnish national scenery. The building is now listed and it represents Finnish building culture from the late 19th century.
Originally there were eight stove rooms and two big halls in the building. The house was completely restored in 2003 when the big hall downstairs was renovated and replaced by new kitchen, sauna and toilet facilities. The big hall upstairs serves as a room for meetings, education and celebrations.
In Raasepori accommodation is possible in rooms for 2-5 persons. Some rooms have their own bathroom and minikitchen. Breakfast and catering services are also available. Our home is non-smoking but pets are heartily welcome!
Accommodation is also available in a semi-detached house.
In the house there is also a Day Spa where you can get different kind of massages and a shop where you can buy wellness products.
Raasepori is also a perfect place for meetings or education functions as well as small celebration with family.
The hostess of the house is Tarja Pölönen together with her husband Leo. There is also two teenage boys, Akseli and Eetu, in the family. The daughter of the family studies in Kirkkonummi. You can also meet two cats in the house: Nestori and Nipsu.
